- All Private Sessions must be paid in advance and are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy for partial refund;
- All 'buy and save' bulk-session purchases are non-refundable;
- All Group Sessions and Corporate Bookings must be booked in advance, and require a 50% deposit;
- Digital payments processed via Square.
